We offer a 14-day return policy for your peace of mind.
Change of Mind:
If you change your mind, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Please note:

A 20% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to our Melbourne/Sydney warehouses.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective or damaged, you must contact us at concierge@melbournemanor.com.au within 7 days with photo/video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
